4. RETURN POLICY
4.1. If your Unit has been purchased as a result of direct marketing as provided for
in terms of section 16 of the CPA, then for a period of 5 days after receiving
the Unit, you can return the Unit and receive a full refund, subject to you being
liable to pay the costs of returning the Unit.
4.2. We will also refund or exchange the Unit if you return it within 30 days of
purchase. The Unit must however, still be in its original condition and
packaging, it must not have been installed and/or used at all and you will be
liable to pay the costs of returning the Unit.
4.3. In line with the provisions of section 20 (read with section 19) of the CPA, if
you have not had an opportunity to inspect your Unit before purchasing it, on
delivery you are entitled to inspect it. If your Unit does not meet the type or
quality you would reasonably expect in terms of what has been promised to
you, you may refuse delivery and receive a full refund for the Unit.
4.4. If your Unit leaks or otherwise is not found to comply with the warranty of quality
provided, you may return the Unit for up to 6 months from the date of receipt
and have it replaced or repaired or receive a full refund for the Unit, except in
circumstances where you have altered your Unit in any manner. Note that it
may not always be possible to determine the cause of the defect or failure at
the outset upon the return of the Unit. In this regard, you agree to a full
inspection and verification as regards the reported fault prior to your
replacement, repair or refund.
